Long time, no see.

Well, well, well. Hello again blog!
Not having a computer of my own at the moment and having bus loads of work sure takes time of out blogging.
I've been super stressed and under a lot of pressure. I am not handing any of it well.
It's times like this where I just want to say fuck it all, even though I can't or I'd be screwing myself over.
UGHHHHH.

I'm just not having it. I feel like ranting, but not saying anything at all. So whenever I feel like ranting, I'll insert a bunch of "UGHHH's" or something.

Drama Club had auditions for the play we are presenting called "Scandal at Hampton Estate". It seems pretty cool. It's a murder mystery with a pretty sweet twist ending.
I tried out for Ellie Hampton and Patricia Indigo. I'd rather have Ellie. she's a southern, dimwit who married rich. Funny character. Indigo is a bitch and I think it's fun to play the mean, bitchy characters. I'm not quite sure how my audition went, it wasn't bad, but I just have to sit here and wait it out.

I am taking the ACT's on Saturday which only adds to the stress that I am taking on.
I'm nervous and I feel completely unprepared. UGHHHHH.

In other stress-related news:
I have mid-term finals coming up in about a week.
I am failing two classes.
I have no idea what the hell is going on in my 3rd block and I HATE that class with a passion and I need to get out of it.
:((((((((((((((((( UGHGHHHHHHHH!

Okay, I need to stop thinking about all of this before I explode.
I'll try to write more often.
Until next time, bye guys.

Homecoming week!

Hi guys!

I LOVE homecoming week! It's amazing and so fun. So here are the themed days for this week:
Monday-Pajama Day
Tuesday-Superhero Day
Wednesday-Celebrity/Character Day
Thursday-Mismatch Day
Friday-Red and Black Day (School Colors)

On Monday I wore Eeyore PJ bottoms with my Eeyore slippers and a cute hoodie because as you might know, I LOVE DISNEY :D

On Tuesday I wanted to be an original Superhero. One that I created and that no one else would be. Well, I did it amazingly!
I was YouTube Girl!!
Only one person knew who I was immediately. I had to explain to the rest of them. I would say "I'm YouTube Girl! Protecting the world one spam comment at a time!". Well, I thought it was a good idea, anyway.

Today I was Clara Bow (an actress from the 1920's). Basically, my costume was the same thing as my Murder Mystery party costume, give or take my hairdo.

I'll let you know in a weekend blog (if I remember to do one), what I did for Thursday and Friday. And hopefully by then there will be pictures to post :)

Thursday is a bonfire/pep rally for the game on Friday and we're burning a viking!
Details later, haha!

I cannot wait for Friday! That is the actual homecoming day. After school is over it is preparation time for the homecoming parade! The drama club is doing a float with the theme of Michael Jackson's Thriller. I'm doing the makeup and we are gonna look scary awesome!!

Oh, speaking of drama club. I ran for club president and I won! I'm super happy about it. Thanks to all who voted for me!

Okay, back to the main subject.
So the parade will be awesome and hopefully we'll win like last year.
After the parade, is the game and our team has been sucking so I doubt that we'll win, but hopefully my friends and I will still have a fun time.
And finally, after the game, is the homecoming dance, which is totally informal. Nothing fancy. I think it's a good idea to not have a big, formal dance for homecoming because if we did it would be a bit too much for homecoming.

Well, I'm all written out so I'll talk to you all later!

Bye guys!

Getting Back on Track

Hi all!

Friday I returned to school. Already, I am sleep deprived and way too far behind. I want to get completely back on track by homecoming week which is the week after next. I'm so stressed out.
But I shan't bore you with my woes.

Fun stuff!

On Tuesday we had our first Drama Club meeting after school and it was SO FUN! We did improvisation with a partner and afterward we had to introduce ourselves. I partnered up with my friend Hillary and she was super nervous, but ended up doing better than me lol.
If there is a drama club or something of the sort at your school, I highly recommend that you join in on the fun. Even if you can't act, you can still help with behind the scenes stuff.

The next drama meeting is tomorrow after school...can't wait!

When we have drama club elections I'm going to run for treasurer or something like that. Fingers crossed please! :)

Alright, that's enough about drama club. In my English class we've begun reading The Grapes of Wrath. It's okay so far. I find some of it funny. Like the turtle chapter and the homicide explanation part. Sounds very odd if you haven't read it.

One last thing. I'm auditioning for a collab channel on youtube called sugaryvlogs.
They're pretty much awesome in every way possible.
Wish me luck :)

Bye guys!

Illness is upon us!

Sunday night I became sick. And it sucks and long story short is that I've missed four days of school because of a really bad sinus infection. I haven't been this sick since Mardi Gras. Why couldn't I get sick over the summer? Ugh.

Anyway, since my blog is about senior year I'll tell you how it's been going so far.

The first day was fun and my classes are pretty good. 1st block is going to rock (Oh yeah, quick note: My school goes by "blocks" because we only have four 90 minute classes a semester). 2nd won't be so bad, but it's math and I'm not a math whiz. 3rd I had to change out of a dreadful BS movie class and I'm now taking digital imaging which should be fun and helpful for my Youtube skills. 4th block is ALL Freshman and Sophomores. It's called High School 101 and you learn about how to organize and things like that. All stuff someone beginning high school needs to know about. Obviously I'm not just beginning high school. I feel ridiculous.

Friday night was my school's first football game of the season. Go Cats!
I got all dolled up for the occasion. Well, I wouldn't say "dolled up". It was more like war paint and awesome stuff like that as you can see here:

I love being themed and all decked out for events!
I was the only girl that I saw who went all out like I did :(
Oh well. Sucks to be them. So anyway the game was really fun and after I spent the night at my friend, Brittany's house. The next day I went with my friend Coy to breakfast and to see the movie "Taking Woodstock" which I thought was very good. I mainly wanted to see it so I could see Demetri Martin up on the silver screen. He did a good job in that role. I recommend that you see it.

Also, as I said before Sunday evening I became ill and I haven't been to school since. I'll be returning tomorrow and I can't wait to get all caught up. I hate missing school.

Yesterday I missed the foreign language club's first meeting. We're called Fresdela (Fr= French, es= Spanish, de= German, and the la= Latin).
Anyway, I missed elections and stuff like that :(
This coming Tuesday is the first drama club meeting and I'm super excited!
I'm going to say now that I can hardly act, I just think it's really fun and a great way to spend time with friends.

Okay, this has gone on too long.
Bye Guys!

Back to School? Already?

Hi all! Just a quick update on the night before school starts up again. At the beginning of the summer I kind of couldn't wait for school to start again, but now I have mixed emotions. In a way I'm glad schools starting because that means more friend time, more memories to make, drama club starting up again, and all that good stuff. But now it seems like I rushed my summer and I didn't enjoy it as much as I should've. I feel like there's more summer things to do and it actually doesn't feel like I'm going back to school tomorrow. It just feels like I have plans or something. I am dreading school because of the fact that I hardly read my books and I'm sparknotes-ing the rest. I hope it doesn't screw up my grade in my class if I don't do that great on my test and oral report. OY! I'm not even in school yet and I'm still stressing! This can't be good..

Well, I just can't wait for the fun things from school to start happening.
It should all turn out good, right? Hopefully? Maybe? I'm praying it does.

I'll let you know how my first day goes...

Until tomorrow, bye all!

The Woes of a Procrastinator

Hi all! Just wanted everyone to know that my party was so cool and I plan to do another murder mystery party again near Christmas time :) If anyone is wondering where I bought it from here's the link:
http://www.great-murder-mystery-games.com/final-curtain.html

My friends Hillary, April, and Coy won the mystery by guessing that my friend Courtney was the killer. Congrats guys!

Here's the thing, I like to read. I'll admit it's not my most favorite thing to do and at times I'd rather be watching Youtube videos, but on occasion I sit down and read what I consider to be a good book. With that said I have to admit that I also hate to read. That is, I hate it when I'm forced to read a book that I would have no interest in, reading a book on a deadline, and only reading it for grading purposes. The required summer reading for my honors English class is still not done. And I have about 24 hours to get it done. I've said it before and I'll say it again and many more times after that, I am a procrastiantor. I hate being one and I wish I was a person that got everything done early and way before the due date. In my mind though, I always tell myself, "Why do it now? You have plenty of time! Just sit back, relax, and watch Gilmore Girls, or go surf the web, or take a long nap". Then a week later when my history project is due I slap something together and whine about the 'C' I got even though in my mind I know I could have done better and I could have gotten it done earlier. Even as I type I'm procrastinating. I'm supposed to be reading my books, but no I'm blogging! Ugh, I need to go to a Procrastiantors Anonymous program or something, but the meetings would probably always be put off...

Ug! Talk to you guys later..

Promise..

It's amazing to me that a week from now I'll be back in school already. Don't get me wrong, I'm one of those weird ones that actually enjoys school. It's just that I don't want to go back just yet. This is my last summer as a "child". This time next year I'm going to be getting ready for college. God, that is so scary to me.

Just a few moments ago I received a birthday card in the mail, also some E.L.F. makeup and a Ben Nye product for my 1920's birthday makeup. I'm really excited about this birthday. This is my first actually birthday party that I've had in a long time. I usually just celebrate my birthday with my mom, dad, and brother. Even though they're great, it's nice to have friends back in my life again after my horrible first two years of high school. Which I won't get into right now. I know this is a blog about a high school senior even though I keep going on about my birthday and all of that. I promise it will actually be used for what I said it would be used for. Just give it a week..promise.
